People learn best from talking things out and seeing examples. In this live Zoom session, attendees submit their essays for review. I will select 4-6 essays to review and give feedback. I choose essays that represent a diversity of common challenges as well as look for good examples that others can learn from.
Additionally, we can discuss any questions you have about the application process, any challenges you need support overcoming, doubts you have, etc.
Please note that these sessions will be posted on YouTube. If you want to share your essays, please remove your name and any personally identifiable information. If you are not comfortable sharing, you are welcome to join and listen to the feedback, and you can also check out the private essay review options.
We will not have time to review everyone's statements. I will select people to share that represent a diversity of different types of programs so that we can cover some humanities, some technical, some engineering, and some Ph.D programs.
